Property Is Most Popular Investment
Property is 2011′s most popular investment option!
New research has shown that investors see the property market as the best place in which to inject their hard-earned cash this year.
According to a recent confidence tracker survey, 72 per cent of capitalists believe that property makes a superior investment.
This places bricks and mortar ahead of both gold – ranked top by less than one-fifth of respondents – and shares, which came third in the list with just 11 per cent of the vote.
Interestingly, the report also found that 77 per cent of investors consider this to be a great time to buy property in the UK, while 64 per cent view overseas markets as a strong option.
